Q: How do I order items with Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders at
this time.
Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Q: When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has
been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
A: Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your
card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover card for credit card payment.
Q: Do you do back orders?
A: Shoesnewyork.com does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we
will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a
replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a
replacement item is requested.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. Our entire product is online;
we do not have a physical catalog.
Q:How long will my order be, “Processing”?
A: Orders are processed immediately after payment has been confirmed and shipped within an average of 3-4 business days. You will receive Tracking numbers in 4-5 Business days.
Note: Business days above are calculated if you placed and paid for your order in the morning. Add 1 business day if you submitted payment in the afternoon or evening. Business days do not include weekends.
All orders are shipped ground.
*During the months of November, December and January we may experience high volumes and processing times may be up to 5-6 business (M-F) days and you will receive your tracking number on the 7th business day. Delivery time may also change during the holiday season for UPS, DHL or FedEx Ground service. Check with those carriers for their delivery schedules. Please make sure to place your orders and submit payment as soon as possible so that your order may be shipped out in a timely manner.
Q: Can you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Because we only ship UPS, DHL and FedEx, we are unable to drop ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or other Military Addresses. We do require all "ship-to addresses" to be actual street addresses.
Q: What about expedited (faster) shipping?
A: Unfortunately we are not currently set up to accommodate faster shipping at this time. I am confident that this issue will be resolved in the near future. In the meantime, please your orders early and allow enough time so you can receive your order on time for your event.
Q:Will you ship to any part of the nation, the U.S. territories, or to Canada?
A: Presently, we cannot ship outside of the Continental U.S. That means that orders placed for any address in Canada or in any of the U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam will not be processed. Also, we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
