ABOUT US

Shoesnewyork.com is a privately owned company, based in New York City.  It's founders, Leon Joseph and Duane Robinson, worked together as managers in an Advertising Agency in New York City in the early eighties.  Leon Joseph is still at the same company and holds position as IT Manager.   Duane has since moved on, the two have continued a long friendship lasting twenty-five years.  Both share an intense interest in starting their own company and have a special passion for the women footwear industry, so they decided to launch shoesnewyork.com. They want to provide women of all ages with affordable footwear in the latest style and fashions, with the emphasis on comfort. 

Shoesnewyork.com is dedicated to providing our customers with a secure fun buying environment.  The co-founders Duane and Leon share this commitment.  Duane said, I remember when the idea first came about while shopping with his wife Millie - on one of many shoe-shopping trips around the New York City area.  I was just sitting around when I notice women buying shoes in great numbers, and thought wow!!! What a great business.
